Our History
Hello and Welcome! Thank you so much for visiting and supporting Hot Momma Maternitique & Gifts. I’m Jeania! I am originally from Horry County and grew up in Conway. The concept of Hot Momma actually began in 2003 during my first pregnancy.
While expecting, I found it hard to find maternity clothing that actually made me feel good to wear and didn’t make me feel so…. well, frumpy. There really didn’t seem to be much that was offered in terms of “chic, hip, or trendy” maternity clothing at the time; and specialty stores that did carry maternity wear were rather expensive on my limited budget.
Five years later in 2008, I was expecting my second child and I can tell you that not much had changed in the maternity fashion world at that time either. So, I held on to this idea that one day maybe I could actually offer “chic, hip, and trendy” maternity clothing at a reasonable price. Clothing that would make moms-to-be look and feel great!
The concept of Hot Momma Maternitique began. It is my hope to offer fashionable maternity clothing that is sure to make any expectant mother look and feel like one HOT MOMMA!
